Today we’ll be exploring the stories of native plants in mythology and fairy tales.

Before the advent of modern botany, plants were important mythological allies to humans. They watched over villages, possessed healing properties, or were home to tree spirits. On our guided tour, we’ll discuss key examples from our local flora and set out through the outdoor areas of the Botanical Garden to explore their biological and historical traces.

On this Sunday tour, you’ll experience the unique grounds on a walk through the outdoor areas—or in the greenhouses if it rains. Discover our seasonal highlights!
