In this special workshop for International Museum Day, you’ll dive into the world of urban sketching: In Dejoe’s “Sketch Circle” format, you’ll design letters, styles, and motifs together with him and Planet 256. Step by step, you’ll receive tips and feedback from these scene artists.

Planet 256 is an integral part of Berlin’s urban art scene and is known for his powerful characters and detailed styles. For many years, he has combined classic graffiti writing with illustrative influences, developing his own unique visual universe.

Dejoe is a legend of Berlin’s hip-hop and graffiti scene and has been shaping style writing worldwide for over 30 years. His pieces can be found from Brazil to Siberia—at festivals, workshops, and exhibitions around the globe. And he’s not just a writer: as a DJ, he provides the soundtrack for your sketching flow.

In the workshop, they will share their approaches, offer insights into structure, proportion, and expression, and show you how a strong style emerges from an idea.

Whether young or old, on your own or with family and friends, with or without prior experience—everyone is invited to join, experiment, and develop their own style.
