Rental Punch Card

Our rental card is available to anyone who has completed Levels I–IV. The card includes 5 rental sessions. Once registered, we will send you a link to download our app and access your digital rental card. You can check in for each session using the QR code displayed on the studio wall. Cards are valid for 3 months.

Monday:      10:00-13:00
                  14:00-17:00
Tuesday:     18:00-21:00
Wednesday: 18:00-21:00
Thursday:    10:00-13:00
Friday:        14:00-17:00

Please note:
Punch Card Use:
1.1 The punch card grants the renter access to eligible sessions offered by BG GLassworks.

1.2 The punch card is valid only for the number of visits, sessions, or uses stated on the card.

1.3 Punch cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchaser unless otherwise approved by the Glassworks.

No Refund Policy:
2.1 All punch card sales are final.

2.2 No refunds, credits, exchanges, or partial reimbursements will be issued for unused punches, missed sessions, schedule changes, or early expiration.

2.3 By completing the purchase, the renter acknowledges and agrees to the Glassworks’s no-refund policy.

Expiration:
3.1 Punch cards expire 3 (three) months from the date of purchase.

3.2 Any unused punches remaining after the expiration date are forfeited automatically and cannot be extended, refunded, or redeemed.

Mobile App Access:
4.1 After purchase, renters will receive a link to download an app with an e-card.

4.2 Renters are responsible for downloading and maintaining access to the app on a compatible mobile device.

4.3 The Glassworks is not responsible for technical issues caused by unsupported devices, internet connectivity problems, or third-party app store interruptions.

QR Code Check-In:
5.1 Renters must check in upon arrival using the QR code displayed at at the door above the color-bar shelf.

5.2 Check-ins are completed through the mobile application provided by the Glassworks.

5.3 Failure to properly check in may result in denial of entry or loss of a punch/session.

5.4 Sharing QR access, falsifying check-ins, or misuse of the system may result in suspension or cancellation of the punch card without refund.

Renter's Responsibilities:

Provide accurate contact information;
Maintain access to their mobile device and app account;
Follow all posted rules, policies, and staff instructions;
Use the punch card lawfully and respectfully.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Glassworks is not liable for:

Lost, stolen, or inaccessible mobile devices;
Technical failures of the app or QR system;
Missed sessions due to user error;
Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the punch card.

Changes to Terms:
The Glassworks reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon posting or distribution to renters.
