‍Charlas para amasar – Ximena Gutiérrez Toro presents a DIY recipe book born from gatherings with Venezuelan and Colombian women in Cali, Cartagena, and Cúcuta. Around arepas, conversations unfolded about migration, borders, loss, resilience, and the many ways people rebuild community far from home.

‍Following the presentation, Ximena invites participants to a three-hour gathering where cooking becomes a way of sharing experiences and making connections. Together, we will prepare arepas.
