Public Guided Tour: Under the Trees—A Botanical Story Walk

History and Stories

Myths and fairy tales surround the trunks of beech, oak, yew, and other tree species. Some bark is used for healing, some fruits for food, and some wood for building and fuel. Drawing on biological facts and traditional stories, we’ll visit some of the leafy giants in the Botanical Garden.
