Unusual perspectives and depictions of architecture were an essential aspect of experimental photography at the Bauhaus. Urban space was also an important motif for the Bauhaus photographers. Their new perspectives and experiments with light and shadow form the starting point of the photo walk and inspiration for their own perspectives on Berlin's architecture around the Zoological Garden. Any camera can be used, from an SLR or compact camera to a cell phone.
In this photo walk, photographer Verónica Losantos teaches approaches to image composition and exposure and shows how architecture can be staged experimentally with your own camera.
If you take photos with your smartphone, you can also bring an SD memory card and use the museum's camera.
