Through workshop readings, the eight recipients of this year’s Alfred Döblin Scholarship will present their work and engage in discussion with one another about their texts.

During a long night of reading in the Beech Garden, the eight Alfred Döblin Scholarship recipients from the class of 2026 will engage in conversation with one another.

Hieu Hoang, Stefan Hornbach, Heike Andra Joeckle, Anna Kücking, Markus Liske, Tia Morgen, Valeska Marina Stach and Tim Staffel discuss their current literary projects and read extracts from their manuscripts, which are still in progress.
