In the open-air museum, you will learn in German Sign Language (DGS) how the villagers in our region lived around the year 1200.
Follow us on a path through the reconstructed settlement to the time when Berlin was founded! You will gain an insight into life in the Middle Ages, as demonstrated by original finds on site. You will learn about the tools and craft techniques of the time and even get to help out yourself if you wish.
After the tour, you can make yourself comfortable with the whole group and guide around a campfire with flaming bread and talk to each other about what you have seen.
