Employees of the Confucius Institute Berlin accompany children and adults as they take their first steps into the world of a script that is thousands of years old.

How does my name sound in Chinese? And how difficult is it to write Chinese characters? In this free hands-on activity, people of all ages learn the basics of Chinese writing and put their first characters on paper.

Each participant can have their own name drawn in Chinese by experts and take it home as a souvenir. The Confucius Institute at Freie Universität Berlin (KIFUB) is a non-profit organization that promotes knowledge of the Chinese language and culture abroad.

Note: Continuous from 11 am to 5 pm (limited places). No pre-registration required. Just come in and join in!
