Through folding, paper transforms its shape, stability, and surface. In this workshop, we experiment with lines, repetition, compression, and rhythmic structures. Different folding techniques give rise to textured surfaces that exist between flat plane and object. The focus is less on perfect technique and more on intuitive exploration. How does paper respond to pressure, direction, and movement? What effects do light and shadow create on folded structures? Together, we explore the creative possibilities of this material.
