From membership cards to newspapers and records - an extensive collection of objects awaits you in the Reichsbanner Schwarz-Rot-Gold display depot. The material evidence reflects the political commitment and social development of this democratic mass organization.

During an exclusive guided tour of the German Resistance Memorial, Dr. Stefan Heinz (research assistant) will give you an introduction to the Reichsbanner organization and introduce you to the objects in the display depot.

The event is being held in cooperation with the German Resistance Memorial.It is part of the program accompanying the travelling exhibition "For Freedom and Republic! The Reichsbanner Black-Red-Gold in the fight for democracy 1924 to 1933″. The exhibition was curated by the German Resistance Memorial Center in cooperation with the Reichsbanner Schwarz-Rot-Gold, Bund aktiver Demokraten e.V.The exhibition can be seen at forum 1848 from June 4 to August 30, 2026.Translated with DeepL
