Experimental Printmaking: Texture, Colour and Surprise

Printing is not just about reproducing something – it is also about discovering traces.

​What can become a printing tool? In this experimental workshop, we explore linocut alongside unusual materials and everyday objects. Paper clips, buttons, bamboo rolls, strings and many other objects are transformed into tools for creating unique, colourful marks on paper.

We experiment with surfaces, textures, pressure and movement, discovering how different materials can leave their imprint on paper. Unexpected marks and surprising compositions emerge along the way, turning the process into a playful encounter with chance. Through layering, repetition and spontaneous impressions, we create unique paper artworks combining graphic elements, texture and colour.
