Curator-led tour of “Forms of Alignment” with Constanze Murfitt

Kuratorinführung „Forms of Alignment“

"Forms of Alignment" brings together five artistic perspectives at the Museum of the New Synagogue. Curated by Daniel Laufer and Constanze Murfitt, the exhibition explores relationships—between artworks, people, materials, space, and time. The focus is not on the individual elements, but on what emerges between them: points of convergence, tensions, resonances, and new perspectives.

In dialogue with the historic site, the works transform—and with them, the visitors’ perceptions. Forms of Alignment invites viewers to experience differences not as divisions, but as starting points for relationships.

Featuring works by Jason Hendrik Hansma, Michaela Meise, Katja Pilipenko, Ariel Schlesinger, and Claudia Wieser.Translated with DeepL
