There are around 800 historical musical instruments to admire in our museum. These include unique treasures such as the harpsichord owned by Johann Sebastian Bach's family, transverse flutes from Frederick the Great and a traveling harpsichord that belonged to his grandmother, Queen Sophie Charlotte. You can also see - and hear - violins by Stradivari and Guarneri, a glass harmonica and one of the largest cinema and theater organs in Europe. Our welcome guide will be on hand to answer your questions and play instruments for you.
