Slavs and Tatars is an internationally renowned artist collective dedicated to a region east of the former Berlin Wall and west of the Chinese Wall, known as Eurasia. Their sculpture "Molla Nasreddin the antimodern" (2012) will be shown in the exhibition Seeing Words, Reading Images, a collaboration between the Written Art Collection and the Deutsche Bank Collection. On May 3, we invite you to experience Slavs and Tatars in conversation with Olga Schubert, editor for artistic publications, cultural scientist, and art mediator, and Marie-Kathrin Krimphoff, curator of the exhibition. The Artist Talk will revolve around writing and art, and their roles in today's world.
