FAREWELL is the final instalment in a trilogy exploring the nature of relationships, and deals with endings and loss. Four astronauts gather aboard the spaceship ‘URI’ for a memorial service for their controversial captain. As they share memories of times spent together and their shared experiences, we observe how they cope with letting go. The performance encourages the audience to reflect on how they themselves deal with personal goodbyes.
