PIOTR ANDERSZEWSKI

Piano Works by Brahms, Webern, and Beethoven

For Piotr Anderszewski, Johannes Brahms’s final piano works represent the composer’s artistic testament. Having performed these pieces for years and recently recorded a selection of them, he is still discovering new aspects and details in the music. At the Pierre Boulez Saal, the Polish pianist combines Brahms’s late works with the last piano composition by Anton Webern and Beethoven’s final sonata.
