When the balmy summer air lies over the Belvedere and the light slowly softens, a musical dream begins. Surrounded by Italian architecture and vastness, two female voices - soprano and alto - interweave to create a sound full of closeness, longing and radiance. The international trio from Kazakhstan (Nataliya Tome-Wöhe/soprano), Germany (Annetta Müller/alto and piano) and Ukraine (Nina Sinitsyna/piano) takes the audience on a journey through four centuries of the most beautiful music. From the subtle brilliance of the (Italian) Baroque to the clear beauty of the Classical period and the passionate depth of the Romantic period to the narrative intensity of the musicals, a multi-faceted program full of emotion and expression unfolds. In partly original arrangements, solos and rarely heard duets for soprano and alto become sound and sound becomes feeling - a HOMMAGE to the female voice. In the special atmosphere of the landscape around the Belvedere, music, space and moment merge into a place to pause, listen and dream.
