On four summer weekends, DURCHLÜFTEN transforms the Humboldt Forum’s Schlüterhof into a free open-air meeting place where musical traditions from across the globe unfold as living cultural archives.
5 years open. Already 5 years DURCHLÜFTEN. For the sixth time now, DURCHLÜFTEN transforms the Schlüterhof courtyard of Berlin’s Humboldt Forum into a vibrant open-air stage for global music, cultural dialogue, and shared experience. From 9 July to 1 August 2026, across four summer weekends, the festival presents 24 live acts and 12 DJs from around the world. Each evening features two concerts followed by a DJ set, creating twelve nights of musical discovery, movement, and encounter in the heart of Berlin — once again with free entry for all.
ADG7 (Ak Dan Gwang Chil) is a multi-award-winning Korean ensemble that fuses shamanic ritual music and folk traditions with pop, funk, and unstoppable stage energy. Blending traditional Korean instruments such as daegeum, saenghwang, ajaeng, gayageum, and percussion with powerhouse vocals, the group reimagines gut (ritual music) and minyo (folk songs) from Korea’s Hwanghae-do region into joyful, high-impact performances filled with humor, spirit, and collective release.
Founded in 2015 to mark Korea’s liberation, ADG7 channels themes of freedom and reunification through vibrant, dance-driven sound. Winners of major honors including the Sori Frontier Award and KBS Best Group, they have electrified stages from WOMEX to Glastonbury and Tiny Desk. With their 2025 EP Let’s Dance!, they continue turning tradition into bold, contemporary celebration.
