The name of the orchestra stands out among the many chamber orchestras: all the musicians are trained professionals with international concert experience, all of whom perform as soloists in the regular line-up of a chamber orchestra. On the other hand, the word “philharmonic” contains the core idea: quite simply the love of harmony.

The size of the orchestra is initially that of a chamber orchestra, but can be expanded to a symphony orchestra if the composition requires it. Speaking of compositions: the Philharmonie der Solisten plays works from the baroque to the modern - in other words, the best from all eras.
