Ferry F21: Schmöckwitz — Krampenburg

Fähre F21 Schmöckwitz- Krampenburg in Berlin

In the Eichwalde area, the ferry F21 shuttles between Schmöckwitz and Krampenburg.

The ferry from Schmöckwitz to Krampenburg and to the bay Große Krampe is mainly used by campers - it is the only way to get to the campsite Große Krampe because the forest road coming from Müggelheim is closed to cars in summer.

The ferry crosses the Dahme River between Schmöckwitz and Krampenburg. To the north lies the lake Langer See lake, to the south the lake Seddinsee. The area is ideal for hikes or bike rides around the lakes and through Berlin's urban forest. A crossing with the F21 line takes seven minutes and opens up a good view of the Lange See and the western end of the Seddinsee.

Ferry Schedule

The F21 runs from Tuesday to Sunday during the summer season, which starts on the first Saturday in April or Good Friday (whichever is earlier) and ends on the last Sunday in October or with the end of the fall vacations in Berlin (whichever is later).

Accessibility: Please note that wheelchair users will need assistance in order to use the ferry.
