Report: Real estate market on the upswing again

Highest purchase price for apartment in Charlottenburg

The highest purchase price for a condominium last year was around 8.3 million euros. This was an apartment in Charlottenburg. The price per square meter was around 22,000 euros.

Purchase prices stable, loans still expensive

The authors emphasize that there are no signs of a significant price increase so far this year. However, it is unlikely to become significantly cheaper. "Overall, the general conditions for the Berlin real estate market have changed only marginally so far in 2025," they said. Loans are still very expensive, and high construction costs remain a problem.
