Noise protection work: U1 and U3 interrupted until March

Since this Monday, passengers of the subway lines U1 and U3 have to be prepared for rail replacement bus service in Kreuzberg.

Between the stations Kottbusser Tor and Warschauer Straße, noise protection works along the elevated railroad will take place until March 05, the BVG announced. Following complaints from residents, the noise from the elevated railroad is to be reduced. Noise protection elements and a ballast system are to be installed in the tracks. Between the affected subway stations, replacement buses will run.
