Next week marks the start of the winter holidays for schoolchildren in Berlin. But first, half-yearly reports will be handed out on Friday. The relevant helplines will be available from 1 pm to 6 pm.

Grades do not always meet expectations. Children and parents can obtain information and advice from the helpline staff. Among other things, the experts provide tips and advice on how to deal with report card grades, as well as on options for action at school and support services.

For questions to the experts for schools with a special educational focus, the number is (49) 30 902 276 028, and for vocational schools, the number is (49) 30 902 276 058. In addition to the helpline, there are also contact persons at the school psychology and inclusive education counselling and support centres (SIBUZ).
