Cherry Blossoms in Berlin
Every spring a sea of pink cherry blossoms blooms in Berlin for a few days. Discover the places where you can admire the cherry blossoms and feel as if you were in Japan. more
The traditional Britzer Baumblüte is a warm spring awakening under blossoming trees. For the 70th time, the folk festival invites you to the festival grounds next to the green Gutspark Britz.
At the Britzer Baumblüte, about 40 carnival operators set up rides for the whole family. Among the attractions are bumper cars, a breakdance ride and a family roller coaster. The cozy beer garden also offers plenty of space to relax and dance or to enjoy fruit wine and an authentic Thuringian grilled sausage. Wednesday is Family Day, with discounted prices on rides.
The free stage program has something for everyone. The highlights, of course, are the numerous performances by live bands. And, of course, the Easter Bunny will be making another appearance at the festival. On Easter Sunday and Easter Monday, he’ll be handing out Easter eggs to the children and posing for family photos.
Please note: Events are not held every day during the specified period.
