We Own The Game brings basketball right into the heart of the city. On the plaza in front of Schöneberg City Hall, visitors can look forward to exciting games, open courts and hands-on activities.

For two days, the plaza in front of Schöneberg City Hall (German: Rathaus Schöneberg) will be transformed into a gathering place for basketball fans, families and sports enthusiasts. With an eye toward the Women's Basketball World Cup in September, the district wants to showcase how diverse and inclusive the sport is. The program includes Flinta Open Courts, training sessions and the opportunity to try wheelchair basketball. The free event is rounded out by hands-on activities, music and a wheel of fortune.

We Own The Game: Program

The event kicks off on Wednesday at 4 p.m. with an open practice session hosted by Friedenauer TSC, followed by a FLINTA Open Court session for anyone interested. The highlight of the event is the 3x3 tournaments on Thursday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Interested teams can register online by July 5.
