The Deutsche Bank KunstHalle, formerly Deutsche Guggenheim, presented three to four major exhibitions each year focusing on globalized society.
Please note: Deutsche Bank KunstHalle has been permanently closed since 2018. Since then, Deutsche Bank has been presenting its exhibitions at the Palais Populaire.
The Deutsche Bank KunstHalle was founded in 1997 under the name Deutsche Guggenheim. In April 2013, the exhibition hall reopened under the name KunstHalle.
The platform for international contemporary art at Deutsche Bank's headquarters in Berlin organized three to four exhibitions each year, focusing on new art landscapes and the phenomena of a globalized society.
Each year, an "Artist of the Year" was also chosen and honored with a large solo exhibition. In addition, the KunstHalle wanted to be a forum for young talents on the international art scene in Berlin and offer them the opportunity to be presented to a wide audience.
