Five wins for the #GamesCapitalBerlin at the German Computer Game Award (DCP)

The MBB funded game Lose Ctrl (Play From Your Heart) has won the DCP Award in the category Best Game Design.

Lose Ctrl also received prize money for its second nomination in the Young Talent Award Best Debut category. Ad Infinitum (Hekate / Nacon) was nominated in three categories and won all three: Best Story, Best Audio Design and Young Talent Award Best Debut. Friedrich Ebert – Der Weg zur Demokratie (Playing History / Stiftung Reichspräsident Friedrich Ebert Gedenkstätte) won in the category Best Serious Game. In total, five of the ten nominations for the German Computer Game Awards 2024 went to games from Berlin-Brandenburg. The nomination of the game Bloodletter from Berlin (Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin/University of Applied Sciences) in the category Best Prototype also comes with prize money.
