European Videogame Accelerator

Spielfabrique takes Indie game studios to the next level with their European Videogame Accelerator.

6 months (March-August) of workshops, 1-on-1 mentoring, and networking with industry leaders to turn them into sustainable, financially independent businesses. Topics covered include project management, studio management and organization, investmentfunding, financial strategies, pitching methods, publishing strategies, positioning, branding,communication and PR, and community building.

Since 2016, Spielefabrique has been successfully supporting more than 80 Indie studios from Europe through their program. The program is now co-funded by Creative Europe Media and run in collaboration with Arctic Games and Polo de Contenidos Digitales.

Eligibility criteria - Applying studios must:

  • represent an Indie videogame studio actively engaged in the creation of their ownvideogames and IPs.
  • be a registered company in the EU or one of the following countries: Albania, Bosnia andHerzegovina, Georgia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway,Serbia, Ukraine, Tunisia.
  • have a successful track record of completing and bringing a game to market in the past
  • be able to comfortably communicate in English
  • commit to full attendance at all workshops and in-person program events, as participationis mandatory for all participants.
  • Additionally, the studio should allocate a minimum of 2 hours per week between theworkshops to dedicate time to working on their business plan, growth strategy, or pitchdeck in collaboration with the program organizers.
