This river cruise is a tour of Berlin's historic and modern city center during the most romantic hours of the day and offers great views of the city at sunset.
Explore Berlin from the water in the quieter evening hours: In the course of a 2.5-hour boat cruise through the city centre. The cruise is a great opportunity to wind down and make yourself comfortable after a busy day of sightseeing or work and allows you to gain a new perspective on the places your may have visited during the day.
From the chosen landing stage in the centre of Berlin, you first head towards the city centre. After a few minutes you can admire the atmospherically illuminated Bodemuseum and the Old National Gallery on Museum Island. No less beautiful are the Berlin Cathedral and the City Palace with the Humboldt Forum in the twilight. After a short stop at the Nikolaiviertel pier, you continue on to the Mühlendamm lock. Here the ship turns around and passes the city centre again, passing the famous Tränenpalast on Friedrichstraße. The waves of the Spree reflect the warm lights of the pubs and restaurants at Schiffbauerdamm near Friedrichstraße.
One bend of the Spree further on, the brightly lit main station opposite the Chancellery, which is also illuminated, is impressive. Here the ship turns into an arm of the Spree. You pass not only the main station, but also the historic buildings of the Charité Campus. A few minutes further on you can see the cranes and the red historic buildings of the Westhafen. Already the next turning point of the ship is approaching: the beautiful Charlottenburg Palace.
As the sun approaches the horizon, you pass the green parc Tiergarten and the House of World Cultures. In several arches of the Spree the ship passes the Bellevue Palace, the Bundesschlange and many interesting bridges. The tour ends at city centre, where the evening hustle and bustle in the numerous restaurants and bars invites you to linger.
