Café am Neuen See

The cozy café with a view of the lake is a popular meeting place for walkers and day trippers in summer.

Here, visitors treat themselves to a little break and enjoy freshly tapped beer as well as Bavarian and regional specialties. The homemade pretzels and Leberkäse are reminiscent of a Bavarian vacation, the crispy stone-baked pizza of a vacation in Italy. And the sourdough bread from the in-house Borchardt bakery shows just how delicious bread tastes in Germany. A drinks highlight at the Café am Neuen See are the homemade lemonades with little sugar and no flavor enhancers.

A round with the boat

It is romantic to take a short trip around the Neuer See in a boat, which you can hire on site.

Activities in the cold season

Even in winter, you can have a good time here and watch the sporty people enjoying themselves on the frozen lake directly opposite with ice skating or curling.
