In the Lemke on Hackescher Markt, where the history of the craft brewery began in 1999, there is a beer garden in the courtyard away from the street.

The exclusive range of beverages at the Lemke beer garden makes the choice difficult. If you want to sample as many of the eight types of beer as possible, try the beer tasting with six beers and their description on the tasting board. Further beer specialties and the genuine Berlin sour beer specialty Berliner Weisse in different varieties can perhaps be taken on your next visit. To eat, there is handmade German cuisine with Berlin classics, e.g. Hoppelpoppel, Berliner Currywurst or Berliner Kalbsleber, as well as Lemke burgers made from fine knuckle of pork or beer-grilled sausages.
