Private Van Tour: Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp

Sachsenhausen is a concentration camp memorial site just outside Berlin. Learn how life in the camp was like in Nazi Germany, where so many people were imprisoned and died of starvation, forced labor, torture and executions. Together with our guide(s) you can try to understand how the Nazi terror and thus Germany's grueling past affects the country's self-perception until today.

This private tour starts at your hotel where our guide will meet you to pick you up in a minivan with driver. After an about one-hour ride we will get to the site of the former concentration camp for an about 2-hour tour across the camp before we are heading back to Berlin. On this tour you will see authentical places where people have been executed and you will get an insight under which circumstances they had to live in croweded baracks and how the criminal Nazi network of concentration camps worked to imprison anyone who did not match their racial and political views.
