Billie Holiday’s ikonische Lieder und die Geschichte ihres Lebens werden mit dieser am New Yorker Broadway und in Londons Westend mehrfach ausgezeichneten Produktion lebendig gemacht. Mittels einer Serie aus Erzählungen und Songs fangen wir die brillante Sängerin als gleichzeitig starke und verzweifelte Figur ein. In der Musik findet Sie Trost, aber inzwischen mehr in ihrem persönlichen “Mondlicht” aus Drogen, Alkohol und Erinnerungen.
