Veronika Eberle first performed at the Salzburg Festival at the age of 16 and has since appeared with many leading orchestras and conductors in Europe and the United States. Now she finally makes her Pierre Boulez Saal debut. Joined by her piano partner Dénes Várjon, she presents a colorful program of works by Schubert, Schumann, and Kurtág that also includes Ferruccio Busoni’s rarely heard Second Violin Sonata.
