In 2016, the museum "Unveiled. Berlin and its monuments" opened its doors to the heavy objects of unwanted remembrance culture: from the Victory Avenue from the Tiergarten to the head of the famous Lenin monument - problematic history at your fingertips. Since the monument toppling in 2020, the museum, which is still the only one of its kind in the world, has attracted international attention and continues to receive further "toxic" monuments from the Nazi and GDR eras.
