This is me ist die Präsenattion des Festivalworkshops Volume Up.
Du brauchst keine Rolle, um auf die Bühne zu treten. Bring deine eigene Geschichte mit — so wie sie ist, mit ihren Rissen, ihren Stillen, ihren unerzählten Seiten. Dieser Workshop arbeitet mit vier bis fünf Menschen, die echtes Erlebtes auf der Bühne sichtbar machen wollen: Mit den Mitteln der Improvisation und Methoden des dokumentarischen Theaters verwandeln wir dein mitgebrachtes Material in eine dreißig- bis vierzigminütige Bühnensprache.
Hier entsteht die Dramaturgie aus deinem eigenen Leben. Wir sind nicht als Regie da, sondern als Zeug*innen — um deine Geschichte zu hören, sie mitzutragen und sie gemeinsam mit dir zu gestalten. Für die Teilnahme brauchst du keine Theatererfahrung, kein bestimmtes Alter und keinen bestimmten Hintergrund. Die einzige Voraussetzung: sei offen dafür, zu teilen.

You don’t need a character to step onto the stage. Bring your own story — just as it is, with its cracks, its silences, its untold sides. This workshop works with four to five people who want to make real lived experience visible on stage: using the tools of improvisation and the methods of documentary theater, we transform the material you bring into a thirty- to forty-minute stage language.
Here the dramaturgy emerges from your own life. We will be there not as directors but as witnesses — to hear your story, to carry it, and to shape it together with you. To take part, you need no theater experience, no particular age, and no particular background. The only requirement: be open to sharing.
