Sankt Martin zu Pferd im Museumsdorf Düppel – Sankt Martin zu Pferd im Museumsdorf Düppel vom Publikum umgeben

With Horses, Riders, and Music
By lantern light, we’ll stroll with you through the pre-winter open-air museum.
As dusk falls, young and old gather in the village square. Together, they experience the story of Saint Martin and the beggar. Afterward, the lantern procession winds its way through woods and meadows, past gardens and recreated medieval houses. As tradition dictates, Saint Martin rides at the head of the procession.
The fairy-tale witch Silberzweig accompanies the event with stories. The band “Wolgemut” provides the music, and everyone is invited to sing along.
Important: Pleasebring your own lanterns!
Parades: 4:30 p.m. + 6:00 p.m.
Admission: 1 hour before the start of each parade
