P14 – endlich endlich

Pia Schacht & Mirjam Schulze

“I think time had once felt like it moved more slowly.”
“You were just younger then.”
They had expected many things, but certainly not to get stuck here. In a place where getting away was not at all easy. With the world outside moving forward, in this place memories, words and – slowly – reality itself were gradually slipping away.
Caught between nostalgic feelings, nervous breakdowns and stale air, they try to figure out why old WhatsApp chats read like archaeological finds; why they’ve started yearning for things they used to dislike in the past; and why everyone seems to think that real life somehow begins later.
Also featuring are:
No confetti.
Rainbow bubbles.
A mysterious door not everyone can see.
Dubious self-optimization efforts, and folks who start to feel they have to spend a little too much time together.
