The studios and workshops at Spandau Citadel invite you to visit them

The artists and craftspeople who have their studios and workshops in House 4, the Gerd Steinmöller Artists' House at the Citadel, are pleased to offer interested visitors a very varied art experience at the open studios and workshops on three floors of the house.

There are many exciting things to discover about painting, graphics, sculpture and other artistic techniques, and the artists are happy to answer questions about working methods and everything else directly.

House 4 is known for its great diversity: There is a glass engraving workshop next to a textile workshop, leather bags are produced and shown, in the two restoration workshops you can find out about the different areas of work, and sculptures can also be admired in the photo studio.

Other highlights of the tour include the Klangholz e.V. Instrument-making workshop, the puppet theater (free visit + 4 p.m. performance with admission) and the bat cellar. Artistic ceramics are on display in the Kronprinz bastion area.
