Large Ceramics Flea Market in the Museum Courtyards

on Sat., Sept. 12, and Sun., Sept. 13, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day

On the second weekend in September, visitors to the Berlin Ceramics Museum can once again browse, rummage, shop, and chat to their heart’s content in the museum’s two courtyards from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The KMB Friends Association, which operates the Ceramics Museum without public funding, has once again received many interesting vessels and objects from bygone eras as donations for this sale. Members of the KMB Friends Association will also be represented with their own booths. In addition to knick-knacks and wonderful kitsch, visitors can also purchase vases, bowls, figurines, decorative objects, or tableware (sets or individual pieces) made of porcelain, stoneware, faience, earthenware, or unglazed pottery. The selection includes exquisite one-of-a-kind pieces by renowned artists as well as simple, rustic, and whimsical ceramic objects, along with the occasional piece from well-known manufacturers (e.g., KPM, Rosenthal, Hedwig Bollhagen, Karlsruhe, Velten-Vordamm, Monika Maetzel, etc.). Take this opportunity to discover special treasures for your home or collection.

For the reduced admission price of 2.00 euros, you can also view the current special exhibitions:

> KMB Anniversary Celebrants 2026: Walter Heufelder, Heidi Kippenberg, and Claus Tittmann
> Spray-Painted Decorations ( 2)
> Styles and Trends in the 20th Century: The Michael Kossow Collection (1)Translated with DeepL

Price: €2.00
