Founded by Daniel Barenboim ten years ago, the Boulez Ensemble is as versatile as the hall that is its artistic home. With its flexible lineup of musicians that embraces all kinds of different programs, the group has premiered numerous new works while also performing the great classics of the chamber music repertoire. Maestro Barenboim now returns to conduct the ensemble in Mozart’s “Gran Partita,” which he previously led during the Pierre Boulez Saal’s opening week.
