BOULEZ AT BERGHAIN

On the final night of the West-Eastern Divan Festival, Berlin’s Berghain becomes the venue for a program that invites audiences on a journey through electronic sound worlds. Ben Goldscheider, longtime principal hornist of the West-Eastern Divan Orchestra and a Barenboim-Said Akademie alumnus, performs Darkness Moves II for horn and live electronics, a piece written for him by British composer Mark Simpson in 2024. Additional program details, including works by Pierre Boulez, will be announced later.Please note that this concert is standing room only and that no visitors under the age of 18 will be admitted. Photography and filming are not allowed during the performance.
