Exploring Family Dynamics: An Introduction to Constellation Exercises

This workshop offers a foundational introduction to the origins, history, and core principles of family constellation work. Participants will gain first-hand insight into the mechanics of a constellation and explore its potential for personal support through practical, paired exercises.

In this specific approach, family constellation is presented primarily as a somatic and intuitive experience rather than a purely cognitive or structured one. That said, the practice inherently bridges both dimensions; exactly how these levels intersect will be explored and discussed throughout the session.

The lecture series is being held as part of a collaboration between all institutions of the Humboldt Forum.
