This is an event to celebrate the launch of Hexis, a performance company based on the

values of friendship and solidarity. We translate depressing politics into a delirious language

of magical realism.

We will present “Mudlarking in Armageddon", a performance-lecture in which we try our

absolute best to present the Hexis methodology in a calm and collected way. But in a world

where fridges sneeze, how likely is it that things will go as planned?

Mudlarks search the muddy shores of the River Thames at low tide for treasure. We

take a similar approach to art-making. Viva the rubbish dump of our

modern-day-shit-show! Pleased to welcome you!

The lecture will be accompanied by snacks and happenings in the foyer.
