Renowned comic book writer and artist Fabrice Sapolsky offers insights into the world of comics in his two workshops and a talk: drawing on his own career, he shows how comics are made and how to break into the US comic book industry, teaches the fundamentals of visual storytelling (with live drawing on request), and sheds light on the current situation of Jewish comic artists.

Since 2011, he has worked as an independent artist and publisher under his diversity-focused label FairSquare Graphics. He is known for his own popular graphic novels "Intertwined" and "Lady-Bird," as well as the light novels "Shakespeare's Vampires" and "The Big Lie." He has also worked for Humanoids, Heavy Metal, Dynamite Entertainment, and Image Comics, among others. Sapolsky currently lives in New York.
