"Two to One" Open-Air Movie Theater

as part of the “KAHO im Kiez” event series

Summer is the perfect time to enjoy culture outdoors. Together with Theatergasse für Alle, the Stiftung Stadtkultur is therefore organizing a small open-air series this year called “KAHO im Kiez”, including events in the outdoor area of the Museum Berlin-Karlshorst.

The film “Zwei zu eins” is set in the summer of 1990, shortly after German reunification, and tells the story of three friends who discover millions in now-worthless East German marks in an old mine tunnel. Together with their neighbors, they devise a plan to exchange the money for valuable goods. This humorous story about friendship, solidarity, and the upheaval in East Germany is based on true events.
