Chris Bekker

DJ and producer Chris Bekker is a resident DJ for the Piepshow at Berlin’s KitkatClub and has been signed to Paul van Dyk’s label, Vandit Records, since 2013. Since 2016, he has been producing the music for various highlights of the Festival of Lights. Especially for the “Festival of Lights in Concert” series, he has reworked his biggest global hits into ambient versions.

DJ and producer Chris Bekker is a resident DJ at the Piepshow at Berlin’s KitkatClub and has been signed to Paul van Dyk’s label, Vandit Records, since 2013. Since 2016, he has been producing the sounds for various landmarks of the Festival of Lights.Especially for the “Festival of Lights in Concert” series, he has reworked his biggest global hits into ambient versions.

Festival of Lights in Concert is back

Featuring a series of immersive 3D light art shows and ambient music sets by renowned DJs and artists at Berlin Cathedral. From October 13 to 17, 2026, Alle Farben, Klangkarussell, Westbam, Anja Schneider, Chris Bekker, and Ukãi Ndame will showcase a completely different side of themselves—a far cry from their club sets, delving deep into ambient and atmospheric sounds.

Festival of Lights in Concert: When light speaks the language of emotions and music carries through the walls like a living heartbeat, something extraordinary emerges: an immersive total work of art as part of the internationally celebrated Festival of Lights Berlin.
