A double portrait – similar and yet surprisingly different. Two parallel, separate worlds revolving around the core of being, pure and formal in structure, yet filled with poetic power and personal intensity that goes straight to the heart. An evening like a little jewel. The motif of the doppelgänger is both irritating and fascinating: Its appearance blurs the boundaries between the self and the other. The doppelgänger questions notions of similarity and difference, problematising the subject and its identity.

»isson« is dedicated to contrasts: reality and illusion, light and shadow, restlessness and tranquillity. Two realities that cannot be separated. The dream is not the other reality; it glides over both, illuminating or darkening them. Shadows are a gloomy zone created by opaque bodies that refract the rays of a light source. The opaque resists the passing light.
