Fuga is a performative collaboration between the Czech ensemble ‘Ferst Dadler’ and the Berlin-based musicians and artists Burkhard Beins and Michael Vorfeld. This multimedia project combines music, dance and light, and is based on the principle of polyphony – the simultaneous coexistence of different voices, perspectives and sensory experiences. Taking the form of contemporary musical theatre, it presents a dense and almost physical tapestry of diverse, interwoven audiovisual scenes. In this process the perception of the materiality and potential of objects, space and sound is altered and redefined.
